Welcome to Culture Inspired Walls. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Culture Inspired Walls' Website and Services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use Culture Inspired Walls' website or request services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Services Offered

Culture Inspired Walls provides professional interior wallcovering installations, custom painted or printed murals, and accent wall wood carpentry for residential and commercial clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

2. Estimates, Booking & Deposits

All project estimates provided via our online quote request or on-site inspections are estimates and subject to final revision upon material inspection or structural updates.

• A deposit may be required to secure booking dates for larger or custom projects.
• Clients are responsible for purchasing/providing specific wallpapers unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation time.

3. Worksite Conditions & Preparation

For a successful installation, the client must ensure that:

• The working area is clear of furniture, fragile items, and electronic equipment.
• Walls are in structurally sound condition. Any existing mold, moisture issues, or severe drywall damage must be resolved before installation starts.
• Climate control is active in the space (ambient temperature between 65°F and 75°F is required for proper paste curing).

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Culture Inspired Walls and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Culture Inspired Walls (including site designs, project photos, copy, and logos). All intellectual property rights are reserved.

5. Limitation of Liability

Culture Inspired Walls is fully licensed and insured. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from wallpaper material defects (such as manufacturer printing flaws, paper shrinkage, or color bleeding) or pre-existing drywall structural faults.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
